Shipping policy

We’re a small family business based in Michigan, and we Hand-Pour every batch of Aroma Dots with love. Thank you for shopping with us!

Processing Time

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
• Orders placed on Sunday or after 2pm EST may take an extra day.
• We currently ship to all 50 United States (including Alaska & Hawaii).
• International shipping is not available yet.

Packaging & Heat Protection

Wax melts are heat-sensitive, so we take extra care:

• Every order is packed in a sturdy box with Silver Bubble Inserts for cushioning and thermal protection.
• We add extra insulation during warmer months.
• Tip: If you live in a very hot area, we recommend choosing a cooler delivery spot (garage, shaded porch, etc.).

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

• Delivery dates are estimates — weather, carrier delays, or high order volume may affect timing.
