We’re a small family business based in Michigan, and we hand-pour every batch of Aroma Dots with love. Thank you for shopping with us!
Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sunday or after 2pm EST may take an extra day.

- We currently ship to all 50 United States (including Alaska & Hawaii).
- International shipping is not available yet.
Packaging & Heat Protection
Wax melts are heat-sensitive, so we take extra care:
- Every order is packed in a sturdy box with Silver Bubble Inserts for cushioning and thermal protection.
- We add extra insulation during warmer months.
- Tip: If you live in a very hot area, we recommend choosing a cooler delivery spot (garage, shaded porch, etc.).
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track it directly in your TikTok Shop account.
Important Notes
- Delivery dates are estimates — weather, carrier delays, or high order volume may affect timing.
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please message us on TikTok (@aroma_dots) with your order number and we’ll make it right.
