At Aroma Dots, we want you to love every melt you receive. We’re a small family business (just Maycie & Amy pouring in our Michigan kitchen), so your happiness means everything to us.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

What’s Covered:

• Unopened and unused wax melt packages
• Defective or damaged items (melted in transit, broken, wrong scent, etc.)
• Items that arrive significantly different from described

What’s Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened or used wax melts (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Melted wax due to high temperatures during shipping (we do our best with protective packaging, but extreme heat can happen)

Shipping Costs:

• Original shipping is non-refundable
• Return shipping is paid by the customer (except for damaged/defective items — we cover it)
